Good work guys. I know the poster is already finished, and I do like it (apart from the title-and I couldn't come up with a better one) but i"m going to put my roughs for the poster design on here for the sake of the asessment, as I didnt put them on last week and I've been away in London.

I was thinking about the objects around the cinema which gave the cinema it's personality. The idea for the poster was to use these objects and simply screen print them along with text. I've tried to question what happens when you put a tootbrush or some cotton buds next to piece of text, I how does the viewer connect the information.(attempting to create interest) Using the concept of it being the small details within the picture house which give it a personality and not the big screen which automatically percieves a room to be a cinema.

The idea was to keep the designs very minimal so that there was just the image and the text for the viewer to use. Screen printing text(mybe just a single word) referreing to a cinema next to a pack of cotton buds or a tootbrust- the cleaning equipment. Or maybe using other items around cinema.
